We are looking for a talented Specialist, Marketing, to join our team in Tokyo. Marketing at

listening to customers, understanding trends, and an iterative approach of launching

当社東京オフィスにおいて、アカウンタントを募集しています。経理チームの一員として他２名のスタッフと協力しながら実務を遂行していただきます。また、ハワイにオフィスがあるほか、韓国と台湾にも支店があるため、国際取引、外貨管理、銀行取引について様々な経験を積むことができます。

適任者はゲームやマンガが好きで、日々の帳簿管理や月次決算業務に責任を負うことを楽しめる方です。VP･ファイナンスや経理チームと緊密に連携し、興味深く実践的な経理スキルを身につけ応用できる、理想的な環境で働くことができます。
月次手数料報告書の作成
Freee会計システムを使用した仕訳の作成
月次および年次決算プロセスの担当
企業間および支店間の口座管理
オンライン･バンキングによる支払いと月次銀行残高確認
予算やキャッシュフロー予測作成のサポート
現金、在庫、売上などの残高や動きを分析するための定期的なレポート作成
経費精算業務
小口現金やオフィス総務業務など、必要に応じた管理業務のサポート

The Opportunity
In a fast-growing business, we are looking for new members in the areas of sales and business development for major games developers/publishers and retail partners. For this position, we are looking for someone with strong sales skills and strategic planning abilities that will contribute to improving brand value, the ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment, and extensive experience in BtoB sales. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about developing and strengthening new and existing partnerships and creating results.

Responsibilities
● Sales activities for popular video games and video game hardware
● Sales promotion with retail partners
● Collaborating with game and manga publishers on joint promotions
● New Business development exploration
● Sales planning/business planning to achieve company goals

職務内容
概要
経営企画担当として、経営方針策定、資本政策（ファイナンス）立案・実行、各種アライアンス、M&A戦略立案・実行・PMI等、主にファイナンスやM&Aの知識・経験が必要な専門領域にて、企業価値向上に向けた様々な取り組みを企画・実行するポジションです。
固定概念に捕われず合理的に考え、失敗を恐れず挑戦を続けて行くことを大事にしている社風ですので、経営陣や他部門を巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮し、多種多様な経験が積めることが魅力です。
主な業務内容
「攻め（M&A・戦略）」と「守り（関係会社管理・ガバナンス）」を横断的に担当。

資本政策(資金調達)の立案、推進
M&A、PMI、アライアンス推進
その他各種経営・経営管理に関する企画・立案、推進
関係会社管理体制の構築、モニタリング
重要会議体運営

応募資格
必須要件
管理部門（経企、経理、法務等）またはプロフェッショナルファーム（監査法人、コンサルティング、投資銀行、FAS）での実務経験2年以上）
財務3表の基礎知識（簿記2級程度）
歓迎要件
事業会社での経営企画・関係会社管理の実務経験5年以上
M&A、PMI、Equityfinanceの主導経験
経営陣へのレポーティング・提言経験
コンサルティングファーム、投資銀行、FAS出身
上場企業での開示・ガバナンス実務経験
公認会計士、USCPA、税理士資格
ビジネスレベルの英語力（特にライティングとリーディング）

業務内容

■経理の実務経験が2年以上ある方
■日商簿記2級以上の知見がある方
■Excel、Word等の操作経験が2年以上ある方
■マネジメント経験が2年以上ある方
