【主な仕事内容】
あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、3Dデザイナー（モデリング）業務のお仕事になります。
スマートフォン、コンシューマー、PCなどのゲーム開発・運営におけるモデリングを主に担当頂きます。
・3Dキャラモデルの作成
・3Dキャラセットアップ
・外部委託データのスケジュール、クオリティ管理・外部もしくは他セクションとの折衝
・その他付随する業務※上記全てではなく、これまで実績や適性に合わせていずれかの業務を担当頂きます。

・キャラクターモーション制作
・演出モーション制作
・アクションモーション制作
・モーションの品質管理、外部発注管理
・カメラワーク
・外部もしくは他セクションとの折衝
・その他付随する業務※上記全てではなく、これまで実績や適性に合わせていずれかの業務を担当頂きます。

【業務内容】
世界市場に向けて展開している物語メインのタイトル開発を行っていただきます。
・ゲーム内に登場するキャラクター（人物）のフェイシャルモーションの制作、セットアップ、ターゲット作成、riggingなど。
・新しい表現手法の開発などテクニカルアート関連業務等も担当して頂きます。
【必須要件】
・3D ツール (MAYA、Softimage)を使用した業務経験のある方
・モーション関連の開発経験のある方、又はドラマシーン関連の開発経験のある方
【歓迎スキル】
・PS3、PS4、Xbox360、Xbox Oneのいずれかの開発経験のある方

coconeでは、アプリケーションサービスの「コーディネート」要素を活用し、「キャラクター」を使って「遊ぶ」ジャンルを「CCP」と定義しています。
その定義に基づき構築された様々な「飾って楽しめるソーシャルサービス」において、14万点以上のデジタルアイテム（＝デジタルアセット）が生み出されています。
このデジタルアセットは、これまでに90億個以上販売されています。
私たちが提供するデジタルアセットは、多くのゲームサービスにありがちなパラメータやステータス重視のデジタルアイテムとは異なり、coconeの無限のデジタルワールドでお客様が自由に個性を表現するために純粋にデザインされたものです。
昨今、メタバースやNFTを取り巻くビジネスは数多く生まれています。 しかし、私たちにはすでに、活用できる実績があります。10年以上前からデジタルワールドを開発し、クリエイティブにカスタマイズできるキャラクターやアバターを作り、人と人をつなぐコミュニティサービスを構築してきたのです。

What is CCP?
At cocone, we have defined the “CCP” as a genre where people can “Play” with or through “Characters” utilizing the “Coordinating” elements available in our application services.
Over 140,000 digital items (i.e., digital assets) have been created across our various “decorative and enjoyable social services” built on that definition.
We have sold over 9 billion pieces of these digital assets to date. Unlike parameter or status-oriented digital items usually seen in many gaming services, the digital assets we offer are designed purely for our customers to express their individuality freely in cocone’s boundless digital world.
Many businesses surrounding metaverse and NFT have emerged lately. However, we already have the proven experience that we can leverage: For more than ten years, we have developed digital worlds, have created characters and avatars that can be customized creatively, and also built community services that bring people together.
Furthermore, we are now developing a new digital world, a “metaverse” where our customers can thoroughly express themselves. It is worth noting that NFT and blockchain technology has driven up the value of cocone’s digital items higher than ever.

Essential qualifications
・At least 3 years of work experience in the game or application industry
・Experience with 3D character (human, animal) hand-applied motion using Maya
・Experience in creating object motion
・Experience in Unity development (experience with 3D setup in Unity)
歓迎スキル
・モデリング、テクスチャ～セットアップ、モーションまで一貫した幅広い3D制作経験
・モバイルアプリでの3Dモーションのレギュレーション制作経験
・3Dモーション制作のディレクション（品質管理）経験
