We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team, based in either our Akihabara or Honolulu studio. You will develop, maintain, and improve a rich set of interactive customer experiences on multiple platforms. You write clean, scalable, and well-maintained code, and enjoy brainstorming solutions with other engineers, designers, and artists. Implement user-facing application features using TypeScript, Vue.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
Depending on your experience and interests, responsibilities may include: defining user-facing features, evaluating application architecture, optimizing multi-region server-less application and service deployments, and evaluating infrastructure efficacy.
Maintain stability, performance, and quality of the codebase while leveraging continuous integration, deployment, and team development standards.
Consistent and disciplined decision making, based on product impact, while assessing new features, feature enhancements, defects, and chores.
Collaborate with the team during code reviews, retrospectives, and individual meetings with internal stakeholders.

We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our team in Akihabara, Tokyo. The person in this role will work closely with the Vice President of Finance while engaging with our accounting team. This is also an excellent opportunity to learn about international trades, foreign currency management, and banking as we have a studio in Hawaii and branches in Korea and Taiwan.

A successful candidate will love gaming and manga and enjoy being accountable for daily bookkeeping and monthly closing activities. By working closely with the Vice President of Finance and the accounting team, this role will provide an ideal environment to gain and apply interesting and practical accounting skills.
Prepare and/or review and approve monthly commission reports
Prepare journal entries using Freee accounting system
Responsible for monthly and annual closing process
Inter-company and branch account management
Payments via online banking and monthly account reconciliation
Support preparation of budget and cash flow forecast
Prepare routine reports to analyze balances and movements such as cash, inventory, and revenue
Review and process employee expense reimbursements

業務内容は以下の通りです。
・ゲームの各種機能に合わせたサーバサイドの機能開発
・ゲームの新規機能に合わせたシステム設計
・ゲーム運営チームが利用する各種管理、データ作成、KPI確認を可能とする管理画面作成

You will lead the team in providing systems engineering, software development, and configuration management. Your internal customer service skills are top-notch, and you flourish in a collaborative environment, with proven track record mentoring and developing team members.
Responsibilities
● Provide technical support for business needs and objectives through modern cloud(GCP, AWS, etc.) focused technology solutions spanning the following areas: collaboration systems, productivity applications, identity & access management tools, endpoint systems management
● Create, maintain and deliver IT security and operational processes, procedures and practices for a growing organization
● Solve escalated technical issues with both internal and external technical teams and business partners
● Maintain essential IT operations, including client operating systems and security tools
● Own focused projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiatives
● Engage and partner with vendors and service providers to provide us with great rates
● Participate in the design and delivery of the IT strategic roadmap
● Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
