業務内容
監修（校正、突合業務）
・『ポケットモンスター』シリーズに関連する広報物、出版物、イラスト素材等の監修
・自社開発作品の2Dグラフィックデータ、3Dデータ(モデル／モーション)、イラスト素材等の監修
・監修資料作成（設定資料、データリスト等）
折衝・調整
・ゲーム、カード、TVアニメ・映画などの広報・宣伝、その他付随する企画に関する社外からの相談に対し、社内担当者と確認・協議の上で意向をまとめ、対外的な調整を行う業務
情報共有・管理
・社内外からの要望に対し、適切な各種データや開発資料の提供
・各種データや開発資料の集約、保守管理、及びアップデート
必須要件
・大卒以上
・複数部署間での折衝調整業務経験
・何らかの課題解決業務の経験
・業務上のコミュニケーションを円滑に行えるレベルの日本語能力（JLPT N1相当）
・Word、Excel、PowerPointでの基本的な書類作成能力
歓迎経験・知識
・Illustrator、Photoshopによる 簡単なレタッチ作業の経験
・IP関連の業務経験 2年以上（ライセンサー・ライセンシーどちら側の業務でも可）
・『ポケットモンスター』 に関する知識

業務内容
・コンシューマゲーム開発における、ゲームプレイ全般の実装業務
・ゲーム内のバトルシステム、プレイヤー挙動、レベルデザインに関する遊び・コンテンツ、UIなど、ゲームプレイ全般の設計・実装に関して、仕様に沿ってだけではなく、企画立案時にプリプロを行い、遊びのコアを実現から携わる
・プランナーからの要件に対する整理や仕様調整
・研究開発部への技術調査依頼や新規仕組みの提案など

※将来的にはクオリティ管理などもお任せしていきます

・低レベル基盤エンジン開発と保守
・動作負荷解析、高速化、メモリ効率化などのパフォーマンスチューニング
・各種プラットフォームの対応
②ツール開発エンジニア
・データ管理DBの拡張や再設計
・データ出力用ツールの制作

You will develop, maintain, and improve a rich set of interactive customer experiences on multiple platforms. Implement user-facing application features using TypeScript, Vue.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
Depending on your experience and interests, responsibilities may include: defining user-facing features, evaluating application architecture, optimizing multi-region server-less application and service deployments, and evaluating infrastructure efficacy.
Maintain stability, performance, and quality of the codebase while leveraging continuous integration, deployment, and team development standards.
Consistent and disciplined decision making, based on product impact, while assessing new features, feature enhancements, defects, and chores.
Collaborate with the team during code reviews, retrospectives, and individual meetings with internal stakeholders.
