The Opportunity
In a fast-growing business, we are looking for new members in the areas of sales and business development for major games developers/publishers and retail partners. For this position, we are looking for someone with strong sales skills and strategic planning abilities that will contribute to improving brand value, the ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment, and extensive experience in BtoB sales. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about developing and strengthening new and existing partnerships and creating results.

Responsibilities
● Sales activities for popular video games and video game hardware
● Sales promotion with retail partners
● Collaborating with game and manga publishers on joint promotions
● New Business development exploration
● Sales planning/business planning to achieve company goals
● Occasional travel for meetings and events

仕事内容
【運営スタッフ】
主にショッピングセンター内にある店舗で
接客サービスなどの基本業務、店舗の運営、販促企画推進、ゲーム大会やイベントの企画など、
店舗運営に関わる総合的なマネジメント業務をお願いいたします。
■運営の具体的な仕事内容
・接客サービス、清掃業務等の基本業務
・パート・アルバイトスタッフの採用、教育
・店舗の運営、販促企画の推進
・売上・経費管理
・営業データ管理・分析
等、店舗マネジメント業務全般。
【機械修理・メンテナンススタッフ】
店舗に設置されているゲーム機の修理・メンテナンスを行っていただきます。
■機械修理・メンテナンスの具体的な仕事内容
・故障機械の修理（原因特定・部品交換）
・機械故障回避の為のメンテナンス
・ゲーム機の移動に伴う機械の分解・搬出・搬入・組立作業
