The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Regional Marketing Lead for South Korea to join our team in Tokyo.
Marketing at Komodo is a creative endeavor that encompasses a wide variety of activities, including online marketing campaigns, retail promotions, live physical events and tournaments, social media activities, and influencer collaborations. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring awareness of some of the world’s most popular products to South Korea.
A successful candidate will love crafting fun and creative plans to help people discover, understand, and enjoy positive experiences with our products and brand. This role requires listening to customers, understanding trends, and an iterative approach of launching campaigns, evaluating their performance, and applying lessons learned to the next one.

Responsibilities
- Create fun and effective marketing campaigns that connect with customers in South Korea
- Stay on the pulse of customers and the latest trends in South Korea
- Collaborate with other team members at Komodo to develop an overall marketing strategy that can then be tailored and adapted to different regions
- Track placement and presentation of our products and brand
- Embrace the scientific method to define and evaluate campaign success
- Occasional travel for meetings and events

TypeScript、Vue.js、GraphQL、PostgreSQL、Google Cloud Platformを使用し、ユーザー向けアプリケーション機能を実装する。
経験や興味に応じて、ユーザー向け機能の定義、アプリケーション･アーキテクチャの評価、多地域にまたがるサーバーレス･アプリケーションおよびサービスの最適化、インフラストラクチャの有効性の評価などを担当する。
継続的な統合、展開、チーム開発標準を活用しながら、コードベースの安定性、パフォーマンス、品質を維持する。
新機能、機能強化、不具合等を評価しながら、製品への影響に基づき、一貫した規律ある意思決定を行う。
コードレビュー、振り返り、社内関係者との個別ミーティングにおいてチームと協力する。

The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented IT Engineer / Systems Administrator to join our growing team, based in either Tokyo or Honolulu. This role will play a key part in supporting all company functions to deliver on our mission of providing products that shape the gaming and manga industries of the future. This role will support the infrastructure and IT service needs of
KOMODO’s organization along with its individual teams. Ensuring availability and performance of business-critical services across all areas of IT.
A successful candidate will love gaming and manga with a passion for using their technical wizardry to solve complex problems. You will lead the team in providing systems engineering, software development, and configuration management. Your internal customer service skills are top-notch, and you flourish in a collaborative environment, with proven track record mentoring and developing team members.
Responsibilities
● Provide technical support for business needs and objectives through modern cloud(GCP, AWS, etc.) focused technology solutions spanning the following areas: collaboration systems, productivity applications, identity & access management tools, endpoint systems management
● Create, maintain and deliver IT security and operational processes, procedures and practices for a growing organization
● Solve escalated technical issues with both internal and external technical teams and business partners
● Maintain essential IT operations, including client operating systems and security tools
● Own focused projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiatives
● Engage and partner with vendors and service providers to provide us with great rates
● Participate in the design and delivery of the IT strategic roadmap
● Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
● Deploy and configure dependable IT cloud infrastructure in a reliable and service redundant manner

当社における情報システム部門の立ち位置は今後ますます重要な立ち位置となっていきます。

そのために、既存の環境を「より利便性が高くかつセキュリティを損なわない環境」にするために、先端かつ最適な環境に向かって大規模な投資を実施していきます。

業務概要
情報システム部門の目的は、以下の2点となります。
1.ゲーム開発を進めることに集中できるIT環境の構築
2.開発情報の漏洩などを防ぐセキュリティ向上
例えば集中できるIT環境の構築という観点では、在宅・オフィスで働く場所が選択できるようになったため、当社としては自宅とオフィスにほぼ同じ開発環境を用意し、業務に集中できる環境を整えるなど、目的のためには必要な投資は、積極的に実施するという判断をしております。

業務内容
社内のWindowsインフラ（サーバー、クライアントPC）の安定稼働とセキュリティレベル向上を担っていただくポジションです。
インフラの設計・構築から運用保守、そして日々高度化するサイバー攻撃への対策まで、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
?Windowsインフラ構築・運用管理：
・WindowsクライアントPCのキッティング手順の作成・改善、展開計画の策定、構成管理（GPO、Intune等）、パッチ管理、トラブルシューティング
・Windowsサーバーの設計、構築、設定、運用保守、リプレース
・障害発生時の原因調査、切り分け、復旧対応、恒久対策の実施
?セキュリティ向上：
・セキュリティポリシーの策定、見直し、従業員への啓発活動
・脆弱性情報の収集、評価、対策（パッチ適用計画・実施など）の推進
・セキュリティ製品の選定、導入、運用管理、チューニング
・ログ監視・分析による不正アクセスやマルウェア感染等の脅威検知
・セキュリティインシデント発生時の対応（調査、分析、報告、再発防止策の検討）
・アクセス権管理の最適化、定期的な棚卸し
?その他：
・情報システムGメンバーだけでなく、検証に参加した社内の従業員とコミュニケーションを取りながら問題解決することも発生します
・メーカーサポートやインターネット上のナレッジを利用しながら、上記を担当者として実行していくことが日常業務のイメージです
・物理のWindowsPCからのログ収集や周辺機器とのトラブル調査もあり、オフィス出社が主となります

その後は、現状のシステムについての問題把握・解決策の検討なども進めていただきます。
担当いただくプロジェクトについては、得意領域以外についても徐々に広げて頂きます。
ご希望とご実績に応じて、IT企画や複数プロジェクトをまとめるPMなどの役割をお任せすることもございます。
