仕事内容
■当社海外拠点（セガヨーロッパ）での開発タイトル及び、欧州・北米のゲームメーカータイトル（おもにコンシューマ向けタイトル）の日本アジアでの発売・リリースにおける開発・製造工程の全体PJ推進、管理業務を担っていただきます。

・プロジェクト準備（社内外での諸手続き）
・開発/製造のスケジュール管理、プロジェクトの進行に関わる各種業務
・日本およびアジアでの発売における仕様確認、関連各所との連携・調整

プロジェクトの立ち上げ諸準備～リリースに向けてのチェック・調整等、ステークホルダーと連携しながら一連の工程に携わります。

仕事内容
運営中のスマートフォン向け（iOS/Android）ゲームのサービス保守、拡張のため、運営デザイン業務を担っていただける方を募集します。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
・PC/スマートフォン向け（iOS/Android）ゲームの運営デザイン
・Photoshopを使用してアイテムやバナー等の制作
・CLIP STUDIO PAINT/Photoshopを使用してキャラクターの制作

仕事内容
ゲームの開発やマーケティング戦略立案のための市場分析や競合分析、開発中、運営中タイトルの現状把握・課題抽出のための調査・分析をお任せします。主に日本・アジア地域の調査を担当いただきます。
定型的な内容は少なく、プロジェクトの課題に応じた調査設計・分析が必要となるためやや難易度は高いですが、仮説立案や調査結果をストーリーとして組み立てることが好きな方、そうした業務にやりがいを感じる方にお勧めのポジションです。
●自社商品の市場調査・顧客満足度調査
ゲームの企画段階におけるコンセプト調査、開発中のゲームの市場テスト、顧客満足度調査など自社商品に関する調査全般を担当いただきます。具体的な業務範囲は、定量調査では調査設計・調査票作成・集計分析・レポーティング・報告まで、定性調査では調査設計・実査時のデブリーフィング・レポート作成・報告までをトータルでお任せします。
調査結果は、各プロジェクトの開発方針や意思決定に活用されます。
●ゲーム市場動向調査
個別の商品の調査以外にも、自社の個別課題に対する仮説立案・検証のための調査や、市場環境把握のための定点調査などにも適宜携わっていただきます。

ゲームの企画、遊びの設計に加わり、ゲーム開発を1から体感いただけます。
ゲームサービス運営に必要な開発全般の経験積むことが可能です。
【主な業務内容】
ゲーム開発のサーバーエンジニアとして、
・オンラインゲーム開発、運用
・スマートフォン向けゲームにおけるAPI実装
・スマートフォン向けゲームにおけるリアルタイムサーバー実装
・バックエンドツールの開発、運用
その他、ゲームサービス運営に必要な一連の開発業務をお任せします。
【開発環境】

Oversee the maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement of our current E-Commerce websites
Lead the creation and implementation of future E-commerce websites
Develop and implement engaging user interfaces using Javascript libraries and frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance the performance, scalability, and security of the applications
